Staff vacancies
Production Manager
Areas of responsibility include acting as operations manager as well as providing assistance for GTPO education programs and fundraising activities. Operations responsibilities include logistics and refreshments sales for GTPO concerts. The Production Manager reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Board and the volunteer staff.
Responsibilities
• Oversee rehearsal and concert management.
• Hire/schedule volunteer staff.
• Liaise with administrative staff at all concerts locations. Discuss all technical requirements and provide the necessary assistance as needed.
• Organize all refreshment and other product sales.
• Manage all financial settlements related to refreshments and product sales.
• The position involves some evening and weekend work.

• Good budget management skills.
• Strong verbal/written communication abilities.
• Ability to care for others and build relationships.
• Knowledge and passion for music.
